It will soon be summer again for sure! Then the days will be hot again, 30 degrees and more. If you haven't reached your beach figure yet, you should do something about it, if you want to spend the summer holidays at the sea and have a good figure ๐Ÿ˜‰

But also all those who stay at home may read this article until the end. Since many dojos depend on the municipal gyms, but these remain closed during the holidays, you either join other dojos to train there, or you are lucky and your club has been assigned a gym. But maybe this is also simply the time of the reduced training offer.

Anyway, I suggest to fill up the missing training units with sweaty exercises on your own...This way you do something good for your body in terms of fitness and condition, and stay in shape before and after the summer slump.

For most of the exercises shown, you only need some motivation, your own body and about 2 square meters of space, and then you can start training! ๐Ÿ™‚

The push-up in itself is quite a nice exercise to get the metabolism going. If that is not enough or if it is too boring, you can be inspired by the many push-up variations.


Everyone knows the Plank or forearm support. Depending on the duration (60-180 seconds) very strenuous, but also very effective to train abdominal muscles, back, shoulders, buttocks and the overall body tension. Holding exercises from Yoga
