Jump Training Karate Shotokan

In 2009 I discovered karate for myself and as I slowly moved towards the Dan exam (1st Dan 2015) in 2014, I created this small excerpt from my karate life for the occasion.

Maybe it helps one or the other to motivate themselves and to stay on the ball. I hope you like it!
